#20033 new defect

In Windows 10 Host with Hyper-V, setting processor to 2 CPU, installation of Windows 2004 guest stuck at Windows logo

Description

In Windows 10 Host (Windows 10 Home 20H2 and Windows 10 Home 2004), when setting processor to 2 CPU, installation of Windows 10 2004 guest stuck at Windows logo.

I have Hyper-V enabled, because I need to use WSL2 (which requires Hyper-V) and docker desktop (which requires WSL2).

Default processor is set to 1 CPU, Installation of Windows 2004 guest succeeded under 1 CPU, but it won't work with 2 CPU.

I have tested it in MacBook Pro 2020 Bootcamp and a Lenovo desktop PC, same results.

VirtualBox seems to be incompatible with Hyper-V. Check #19987.
