Description
Sometimes the guest will stop responding after a few days.

Sorry, what I meant was that when it stops responding, the applications and the OS stops responding. Using Remote Desktop to access the guest will only show a blank black screen. Had to use VBoxManage controlvm poweroff to shut it down and then restart it with VBoxManage startvm.

What does that exactly mean? No network anymore? When this happens, can you shutdown the VM with VBoxManage controlvm poweroff or do you have to kill the VM process?
