Install Directory Dialog box - Directory traversing Icons missing

Description
During the install, when choosing a directory to install virtualbox, besides the default, the directory dialog box has missing icosn for up one level and Creater new folder buttons. These are located next to the folder name at the top of the dialog box.
They are showing letters instead os an icon.
I have attached screen shots.
