Description
The Windows Guest Additions NSIS installer incorrectly adds its Start menu links to the current user profile file system directory (i.e., %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs) rather than than the "all users" file system directory (i.e., %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs).
