None of VMs can start in VirtualBox 7.1.6 if Hyper-V is enabled => fixed in svn

After upgrading VirtualBox from 7.1.4 to 7.1.6, none of VMs can start if Hyper-V is enabled. 7.1.4 worked as expected even with Hyper-V enabled. If Hyper-V is disabled, VMs can start as expected even in 7.1.6.

Error log is as attached.

My environment is:
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
OS: Windows 10 Pro [Version 10.0.19045.5371]

You have run into a regression in VirtualBox 7.1.6 which affects certain CPU types but it has already been resolved in the latest 7.1.x Testbuilds for Windows. Simply upgrade to the latest 7.1.x test build on the Testbuilds page and you'll be all set.

Thanks for the reply. I could confirm that 7.1.7 r167370 works fine.
