Guest Additions apparently cause blurry text

Using Windows 11 host, Linux Mint Guest the 7.0.22 guest additions do not allow resize of the Guest window to match the resolution of the screen. This causes aliasing problems with the text which makes the text blurry. GA versions 7.0.20 and 7.0.6 do allow resize of the window to the resolution of the screen and so the text is not blurry.
