NAT network works only on Adapter 1

Description
This bug has appeared since version 7.1.0. It is present on Windows and Linux hosts.
Step to reproduce :
- download a live cd (ie: systemrescue)
- create à linux guest
- leave the default network configuration (nic 1 enabled on NAT)
- boot the live cd
- ping the default route (10.0.2.15)
- Network is ok
- shutdown the guest
- edit the network configuration
- Disable nic 1
- Enable nic 2 on NAT
- boot the live cd
- the DHCP client has successfully configured the network (nic is UP, IP address, dns and route are correct)
- ping the default route (10.0.2.15)
- the default gateway is not responding
