VirtualBox Manager crashes when selecting "Activities" pane after fresh installation

When a VirtualBox 7.1.0 installed first time on Windows, and immediately select Activities from Tools pane, the GUI of VirtualBox manager crashes, and cannot reopen (e.g. from Start Menu) anyhow. I used VBoxManager CLI tool created an empty VM, and the GUI immediately restored with Activities pane showing up.
Here are my steps (unfortunately I don't know if this is a definite reproducible process)
- On a Windows host never had VBox installed.
- Install VirtualBox 7.1.0 (I installed extensions immediately after install VBox without open VBox GUI at all)
- Immediately switch to Activities Pane
- VirtualBox Manager GUI crashes, and cannot open back.
To Fix: Create an virtual machine from CLI.
