virtual machine can't startup with error of "GuruMeditation"

Dear Team: My vm can't start again unexpectedly after maybe a unnormal shutdown of the host while the virtual machine was running.
The pop-up error is: A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped.
My host os is ubuntu-20, my guest os is windows-10.
Please help me to fix it, thanks very much!

when I rollback to the previous version kernel, the vm can start up again: lubo@lubo-ThinkPad-L14:~$ uname -a Linux lubo-ThinkPad-L14 5.15.0-113-generic #123~20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 12 17:33:13 UTC 2024 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I got the same error and it apply to any guest OS.
I also got the error after upgrading to the same kernel version (also ThinkPad but probably not relevant):

We both having the same kernel and same vbox version. I've already rollback kernel to 113 version as a work around solution.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Rolled back to 5.15.0-113-generic and Virtualbox runs fine.
