Menu bar appears in wrong screen when VM is in fullscreen

Description
Whenever I start a VM in a secondary screen in full screen mode or unlock the host screens after they went to stand by mode, the menu bar is shown wrongfully on the primary screen. If I turn the VM to windowed mode and then back to full screen, the menu is shown within the VM screen. It also doesn't happen if I start the VM in windowed mode and then switch it to full screen.
It happened in other Linux systems with different distros, kernel, Gnome, VirtualBox versions and other guest OSes.
