Description
vb 7.0.8 host debian 11 and guest debian 11 and guest uefi and use virtio-net and promiscuous mode is allow-all lead to no network.
if host changes to win 10/11,the rest remains unchanged，success.
if uefi changes to bios,the rest remains unchanged，success.
if virtio-net changes to e1000,the rest remains unchanged,success.
