Description
There seems to be a substantial memory leak on the host system from running a guest.
VirtualBox 7.0.8 r156879 (Qt5.15.2) Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2604
Guest is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Probably the same issue as #21621 ("Certificate signature algorithm not known" for valid EV code signing certificate).
If you quit DisplayFusion before starting the VM, does the memory leak persist?
