Move Window 2 Screens Drag and Drop Error

Description
when I try to move a window from virtual screen 1 to virtual screen 2 through drag and drop with the Devices=> Drag and Drop => bidirectional there pops up an error and i am not able to drag and drop the window to the different screen
Ugly Solution was for now set the Devices=> Drag and Drop => Disable but then the feature is disabled which i would like to use
Solution when something is dragged, check what is dragged to check wheter the function needs to be triggered or not if possible.
