VBOX 7.0.x graphic corruption - Intel GPU

Description
With VBOX 7.0 my Xubuntu 22.04 VM is unusable I have too much graphic corruption (Windows 11 Host / Seamless mode). When I switch the guest app window to full screen I have no more corruption.
I had no issue with VBOX 6.x
Tested with
- Intel Gen 12 CPU (i7-1265U) / Iris Xe Graphics
- Intel Gen 8 CPU (i7-8550U) / Intel® UHD 620
I will try on my Nvidia 2800 GTX

Happens to me too running Ubuntu 22.04.1 Desktop Guest on Windows 10 Pro Host using VirtualBox 7.0.6.
When I used Virtual Box 6.1 it was working perfectly.
By disabling 3D acceleration I got it to display correctly but it much slower.
This is how some of the applications are looking:
Same with my NVidia 2800 GTX
But I've been able to isolate the bug, it's only when more than one screen is attached
If an admin can change the title
