Description
8.20. VBoxManage controlvm states the "pause command temporarily stops the execution of a VM. When paused, the VM's state is not permanently changed."
Please add there if it means releasing CPU and/or Memory (mention which) from the host, and whether it's completely or partially (if partially then mention how much it should).
Some users seem to assume so and then have complaints, so please make it official.
