Cannot interact with VM while settings are open

Often it is useful to interact with the VM window while configuring settings.

For example, while setting up NAT forwarding, may want to execute "ifconfig" in the guest to retrieve guest IP.

Right now, the settings window forces itself on top and prevents interacting with the guest. This means there is a common pattern of navigating to a settings page, realizing one has forgotten the info one needs, then having to close all windows, get the info from the guest, and retrace steps back to the appropriate settings window.

Alternatively you could do the VM reconfig from the VM manager UI. This whole modal dialog business is in general on our todo list, but I won't promise that exactly the issue you're reporting will be resolved quickly.
