Can’t restore the previously saved state in 6.1.19 r143581, hda and VERR_SSM_STRUCTURE_MAGIC

Description
When I try to restore the previously saved state in new test version (6.1.19 r143581) I see the following message in the box after the restore process is nearly over: "LoadExec failed for 'hda' instance #0 (version 8, pass 0xffffffff): VERR_SSM_STRUCTURE_MAGIC".
This didn’t happen in the older test versions (even 6.1.19 r143492) and 6.1.18 release. I added the log of this start.
This is Windows 10 20H2 with the latest patches, both host and guest.
