Is assumption. It seems this bug is affected if I turn on additional display after laptop. If i turn on display first, and laptop after, like all ok.

This seems to be affecting me as well.
Virtualbox: 6.1.14
Host: Linux Mint 19.3 x64
Guest: Ubuntu 20.04 x64
The guest becomes unresponsive on host resume and can only be stopped with power-off.

Hello,
I encountered the same problem, except that I did not have multiple monitor, only the one attached with my laptop.
- VirtualBox: 6.1.18 r142142
- Host: Windows 10
- Guest: Ubuntu 18.04

VirtualBoxVM.exe
appeared to be waiting forVBoxSVC.exe
in Task Manager.

Some previous versions of VirtualBox also have this problem. I came across this before upgrade to 6.1.10.
