I have checked BIOS virtual settings I have set Hyper-V off I have stopped all Hyper-V services

Try to switch off the Win10 feature "Windows Sandbox" too ... (and reboot)

I have switched off Hyper-V I don't know which feature is the windows sandbox, please give me details info
