#19529 new enhancement

[feature-request] Making linux setup of shared folder more user-friendly

Description

To use VB shared folders, the user in the guest Linux OS needs to be a member of the vboxsf group.

This makes configuration cumbersome, especially for not too tech savvy people who use VB to discover Linux.

It would be much easier if the VBoxLinux.run script would offer to add the current user to that group (thanks to the SUDO_USER environment variable) and hint that a logout/login cycle is needed for it to take effect.

We are more then happy to except code contributions to enable such feature if it is so important for the Linux community.
