cannot install Virtualbox using yum

I have configured the repo as below:

[sahmatra@sahmatra ~]$ cat /etc/yum.repos.d/virtualbox.repo [virtualbox] name=Oracle Linux / RHEL / CentOS-$releasever / $basearch - VirtualBox baseurl=​http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/el/$releasever/$basearch enabled=1 gpgcheck=1 repo_gpgcheck=1 gpgkey=https://www.virtualbox.org/download/oracle_vbox.asc

Then, during the yum install command:

Error Summary

I manually downloaded the RPM, and then perform rpm -qpl VirtualBox-6.0-6.0.12_133076_el8-1.x86_64.rpm and I noticed the RPM package list contains the said folder name above.

Those folders are not supposed to be listed in the RPM file list. Only files need to be listed.

Please fix the issue.
