Mini Toolbar stop working in full srceen in 6.0.8

Description
SuSE Linux host, Windows 10 guest. Dual monitors. The Mini Tool bar no longer pops up from the bottom of the screen in full screen mode. It was working in 6.0.6. Ctrl-Home does bring up the tool bar. I tried moving it to the top of the screen, which also did not work.
