Rayzen Virtualbox 5.2.18 Not Work

Description
I do not know what's wrong with the Virtualbox, ... it does not work on my PC.
I have asked and the problem seems to be that there is an incompatibility with those of Rayzen ...
With the latest update of the Virtualbox, raise the machines but you can not work on any, .. I have tested with Windows 10 and with Linux Mint ....
Has anyone been able to solve this problem? Thank you
