Description
Virtualbox versions: 5.2.4, 5.1.22 Host OS: Windows 7 To reproduce: Create an OVA with 5.2.4, and try to import 5.1.22
Output:
Error reading OVA 'C:\Files\BaseDevVM\BaseDevVM-2.ova' (VERR_TAR_UNEXPECTED_EOS).

Same problem for ova created in VirtualBox on Linux host, when import into old VirtualBox on both Linux and Windows hosts. Guest system - Debian8.

Virtualbox 5.1.22 doesn't contain the patch which allow to use OVA from 5.2.* in 5.1.22. Try version 5.1.24 or newer.
