Permanent, human readable anchors in the HTML User Manual

Description
The HTML format of the user manual and the links to different chapters/sub-chapters/paragraphs, often complain anchors in a "non-human" format. Example the GAs for Windows vs. the GAs for Linux:
- https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html#idm2096
That second "idm2096" seems like something that was automatically created. My fear is that it might change down the road, making it difficult to link to specific sections, or even worse make links invalid. Especially if new chapters/paragraphs are inserted into the manual.

One of the most important tickets in the history of VirtualBox seems to be fixed! ;)
Can't tell when this happened exactly, but my guess would be around 6.0.0's release. Thank you @documentation_team!
