Try to disable Hyper-V on your host. See if that helps.
Please explain when or how does the host crash. Attach a minidump of the crashed host. If you find a Vbox.log file for any VM on that host, attach it here.
It's also interesting that the OP's post formatting is also formatting my post with bold text.
