The "HOST + DEL" keys are not responding for logon on Guest

Description
The "Host + del" keys used to send a CTRL-ALT-DEL on the host virtual machine are not responding. The user must also take the menu option "Input ->keyboard -> Insert CTRL-ALT-DEL". This bug appeared with the deployment of the release 5.1.6 on mac-OSX(10.11.6 -> El Capitan), independently of the operating system used for the guest.

Duplicate of #15937, which BTW is fixed with the latest test build > 110731 (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds).
