Application Error - Sudden crash

Description
I was using my Ubuntu VM when suddendly VirtualBox crashed with the following Error Message:
- The instruction at 0xdb43b800 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read.
If I try to debug the program, I get the following additional information:
- An unhandled win32 exception occurred in VirtualBox.exe [8948].
Please find attached the logs, although I don't think you will see the crash reason there.
One minute before it crashed, I have detached the SD-Card-Reader. I had a console window open in the Ubuntu guest and the application crashed exactly in the moment where I entered "exit" followed by the Enter-Key.
