Replying to frank:

Window 7 ultimate. I think i find how/where: google/finance, add som ticker , examples vzn [nyse] and vzn [sto] and shb-a [sto] I have done it many times and guest always total blocks -> have to boot again (updeted vbox to ver 5 yesterday)

It's Flash Player that cause guest malfunction.

First of all, the guest raises a triple fault. On a real host this would cause an immediate reboot. This could be very well triggered by the guest itself. Windows shows a BSOD and reboots immediately by default.

One thing worth to try: Do

VBoxManage setextradata w7prg "VBoxInternal/CPUM/IsaExts/AVX" 0

and check if you can still reproduce the problem.

Do not know if I made the right, wrote the .bat file and ran it. The same error as before, tried to youtube. bat - file: CD "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox" VBoxManage setextradata w7prg "VBoxInternal/CPUM/IsaExts/AVX" 0

Looks correct. Could you attach a new VBox.log file from a VM session with the above change in effect? Thank you!
