Description
I'm having some problems with a VM on a 2.6.32-504.16.2.el6.x86_64 server (OEL 6.6). The VM has also OEL 6.6 with 2.6.39-400.250.2.el6_uek.x86_64 and it has installed Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (but noticed the same behavior for a machine with OBIEE).
VirtualBox 4.3.28 1 cpu, 10G - It seems to be working ok (but we need more cpu power) VirtualBox 4.3.28 4 cpu, 16G - I get Guru Meditation when OEMCC or OEM Agent starts VirtualBox 4.2.28 r97679 4 cpu, 16G - OEMCC and OEM Agent starts normally, but I get Guru Meditation
I've attached the logs for the VirtualBox 4.2.28.

Duplicate of #13283. Please continue the discussion there. The workaround provided there should work for you as well (replace OMGOHFNPS02 by the name of your VM).
