Windows 2012 Guest Network loss after some time

Description
Host Windows 7 Pro Guest Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise I'm using 10 VM on 10 host to run 10 injector for a performance test. After a while some VM lose their network connection. On guest side windows says that there is no internet connectivity. From the Outside the VM is not reachable. When such a scenario happens it is not possible to shutdown the guest OS properly (remaining on shut down screen indefinetly); the only solution is to restart host and guest.
