Cannot close the new virtual machine dialog

Description
On my Macbook Air, running Lion, there is a problem in the GUI. When I click the new button, the following shows up:
Once you click the New button, you cannot change your mind. The Go Back button is disabled, the window close button is disabled, and clicking outside of the dialog has no effect. The only way that I have found to close the dialog is to force quit VirtualBox. Could you please fix this problem? Thanks

The reason is most likely that these dialogs are modal on Mac OS X. Changing this is a bigger effort and therefore will not happen soon.

But you can press ESCape to close the dialog, doesn't that work for you?
