Should be an option to enable IRQ Delay in GUI (Mainly for W2000 Guests)

Description
I always have to look at the VirtualBox User Manual and find the command to enable IRQDelay if I want to install a Windows 2000 Guest. I think that it would be easier on everyone/more professional for everyone who uses the GUI to have an option in the GUI.
I thought up a solution: a drop-down box which has the options "0 ms (default)", "1 ms", "2 ms", "3 ms", "4 ms" and "5 ms" on the right hand pane of the storage selection in the options. I also made a small concept art so that you get my gist (check attached.) (Of course the "solution" is just a suggestion. I see the above as the best way to have this work)
I don't think this can be too hard to implement and I would love to see a GUI way to enable this avaliable. Thank You.

Windows 2000 guests are only rarely used these times. And the IRQDelay option is a workaround in VirtualBox for a problem in Windows 2000.
