No Network adapter Server 2012

Description
I'm using VB 4.3.0, installed Server 2012 x64, changed network adapter to Bridged adapter and selected my network adapter.
It will not appear in connection management in Server 2012, but will appear in Windows XP and Ubuntu VM's.
Any thoughts?
