Refresh Problem with 3D Host

I have big refresh issues with Windows 7 I tried WDM Aero Drivers as well as 3D Drivers with both i have same issues. Every time the Guest Area looses Focus and the Mouse Cursor is not hovering over the Window to be refreshed it does not refresh.

This also happens if i switch the display more (No matter wether in seamless, scaled more mode, full screen)

The Setting is that i use 2 Monitors, one horizontal , the other rotated 90° (See xorg.conf later in this description). Host is Linux Unbuntu 12.04 32 Bit with following configuration (if you need more information please let me know):
