4.2.4 upgrade problem => Fixed in SVN

Description
upgraded to 4.2.4, had previous vm 4.1 with extensions, launched vm prior with no problem. once upgrade got the following error: Failed to load unit HGCM VER_INVALID_PARAMETER - Unable to load and run vm now.

Your problem is not the upgrade from VirtualBox 4.1.x to 4.2.4 but rather the missing shared folder mapping. This case is not correctly handled by VirtualBox when a saved state is restored. The workaround is to create a dummy folder on the host (see your log file) with the missing folder path to make VBox happy when it tries to restore the folder mapping.

As I suspect this might be a common error where a shared path disappears I would suggest the following improvements:
a) Tell the user this, vs giving cryptic message. b) Give the user the option to continue to launch vm and automatically remove path.
There are cases, where it would not be possible to recreate the folder or path temporarily and or the user does not want to turn off or cannot turn off the vm to change this share.
