Clone Virtual Machine wizard GUI fail => Fixed in SVN

Description

The Clone type portion of the Clone Virtual Machine draws so poorly it isn't possible to see all type options. Only Full clone is visible.

The host is Mac OS X 10.7.4.

I can confirm that this happens in v4.2.1, Mac OS 10.8.2.
