Guest Process Halts when it hits breakpoint in VS2010

Description
After upgrading to 4.1.22 and then trying 4.2 (no guest updated of any kind were performed) Every time I hit breakpoint in VS2010 (dotnet application) VS and debugged application get "halted". Task manager shows debugged process not responding where VS itself it is running. Clicking on VS toolbar and any of its buttons or menu does not respond to user action. I can see that VS2010 is repining very very slow. I try to disable VT-x but looks like there is bug in 4.2 (my previous report few min ago) where unchecking VT-x is not saved. Also killing not responding process from task manager restores VS2010 back to normal. While debugged process is hung all other guest programs are running just fine except VS2010 and debugged process. I did not see any excessive CPU usage during this period (guest or host). I am attaching clean log from this session.
This works now on 4.2.2 and 4.1.23
