USB 2.0 Does not work

Description
I am using Linux Mint 12, Ubuntu 11.10, Windows XP. USB 2.0 support. Devices are recognised in VB Startup window but when I try to attach to the XP, I get the message "Failed to attach USB Device....."(you know the rest). This all worked perfectly in Ubuntu 10.04. What has changed?

I'm sorry, but we don't know the rest. Could you please provide the rest and attach a log file from a run of the XP virtual machine in which you triggered the problem?
