+With the ICA, you give innotek permission to relicense your contributions to innotek's projects. Even though the legal wording in the document may seem excessive to you, there are a couple of things to note:
+ * As opposed to other companies that operate with dual-licensing models, we ''do not'' require that you assign copyrights to us.
+ * The liberal license you give to innotek is ''non-exclusive'', meaning that you can still license your contributions to other people as you wish.
