ICA
v6 v7 1 = innotek Contributor's Agreement (ICA) =1 = Sun Contributor's Agreement (SCA) = 2 2 3 With the ICA, you give innotek permission to relicense your contributions to innotek's projects. Even though the legal wording in the document may seem excessive to you, there are a couple of things to note: 4 5 * As opposed to other companies that operate with dual-licensing models, we ''do not'' require that you assign copyrights to us. 6 7 * The liberal license you give to innotek is ''non-exclusive'', meaning that you can still license your contributions to other people as you wish. 8 9 Here is the ICA: 3 With the SCA, you give Sun Microsystems, Inc. permission to relicense your contributions to Sun's projects.
