Description
During apt update the error appears:
Err:1 https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian bionic/contrib amd64 virtualbox-5.2 amd64 5.2.18-124319~Ubuntu~bionic 404 Not Found [IP: 23.64.235.138 443]
None of *.deb packages available at https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/pool/contrib/v/virtualbox-5.2/ - the message 'We're sorry, the page you requested was not found' appears.

Hopefully, it should be fixed within the day, unless they run into a really big snug. What you see is a "half-update", where the directory for 5.2.18 and the Debian based update mechanism was created, but the actual files were not uploaded from the build-farms to the distribution servers.
Nothing worth raising an alarm for, I'm 100% sure that they're aware of the situation... ;)

Should be working now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This bug affects also me. To be honest then current bug affects VirtualBox 5.2.18 and not 5.2.16. Also Extension Pack v5.2.18 is not downloadable for now - this affects all platforms.
