VirtualBox Manager should also remove VBoxStartup.log when deleting a VM => Fixed in SVN

Description
The VirtualBox Manager refuses to create a new VM, if a folder with the same name exists in the default machine folder. But, after deleting a VM, VBoxStartup.log always gets left behind, if you ever started that VM. It's annoying when you want to recreate a VM with the same name, after you've deleted the old one. Only after you have manually deleted the existing folder, you can create your VM.
VirtualBox-4.3.17-96426-Win has the same issue.
