1	1	Still not fixed with VBox 4.2.10. Actually I also could reproduce the problem on a W7 VM with Aero. In that case the game seems to start normally, but once it's loaded we only get a black screen, and after exiting the whole VM crashes.

3		Unfortunately I don't have any possibility to test VBox 4.2.51 as my machines are used in a production environment, however if you could make a build consisting in backporting the fix and package it for Ubuntu I'd be veeeery interested.
