docs: do as doxygen suggested and run "doxygen -u" to update these files.
This mostly adds new knobs, reformats long lists and corrects comments.
I needed to remove a gazillion of spaces at EOL after the update as well.
As far as I can see, the HTML docs still look good and are browsable.
