  <title>Third-party materials and licenses</title>

  <para>VirtualBox incorporates materials from several Open Source software
  projects. Therefore the use of these materials by VirtualBox is governed by

  conditions. Section 1 contains a list of the materials used. Section 2

      what they have is not the original version, so that the original
      author's reputation will not be affected by problems that might be
      introduced by others.</para>

      <para>Finally, software patents pose a constant threat to the existence
